Wiliam "Will" Taggert is a 15 year old boy. He is Bailey's cousin and has lived with Bailey's family ever since he was a little boy. His horse is Jimber. He enjoys Western riding.
He often acts mature in front of the kids. They tend to look towards him as an older brother figure. He is very responsible and thinks things through carefully, especially when it comes to the horses.
He loves listening Country music and being with his horse, Jimber.
In the episode 'The Secret', it was also revealed that he has dyslexia.
There is no apparent reason for Will's voice changing between season 2 and 3 (this is likely simply because his original voice actor could no longer carry on; the same thing happened to Bailey's voice). His motto is "Horses first." It's unknown what happened to Will's parents.
Appearance
He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He's shown to wear a black short-sleeved shirt with a horseshoe pendant around his neck, brown gloves and dark blue jeans.
